Regional Sales Manager – Eastern USA
Job Description:
Business Development and Sales of Java SOC for M2M and internet connected embedded system applications for the Eastern USA Region.
Key duties/responsibilities of Regional sales manager:
- Develop, manage and execute a successful sales cycle across sales reps in Eastern USA Region, selling the core line of technology-based advertising products/services.
- Analyze and provide market analysis to improve product service positioning and increase effectiveness of the sales team.
- Proactively assume a role in developing & executing strategies to build a phenomenal sales culture and productive team that is residually paid commission by focusing on customer’s needs and retention.
- Advise senior management team on sales directions, competitors and market trends.
- Create and sustain effective collaborative partnerships with all managers and departments.
- Execute day-to-day call cycle management, using a wide variety of techniques, from traditional advertising sales philosophy’s to highly technical consultative sales techniques.
- Recommend, obtain buy-in and implement any changes needed to align the sales organization with our overall strategy.

Senior Software Engineer
Job Description:
aJile is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Android and iPhone Applications:
Main Duties:
- Be responsible for design and development of mobile applications for Android and iPhone platforms
- Must have proven experience with mobile platform environment including associated technologies and tools commonly used to design, develop, test, build, and install on the server and client side
- Consistent experience in delivering commercially successful Android and/or iPhone applications
- Experience in meeting high data security requirements within mobile applications and related client/server communications is essential
- Strong leadership and communications ability
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of software development using J2ME, Java, Objective C, C, and C++ Languages
- 5+ years of mobile application design, development on one or more platforms including Android and iPhone
- 3+ years of mobile applications infrastructure design/Implementation experience
- Expert knowledge of mobile development environments such as editors, utilities, emulators, compliers, and debuggers
- Experience with on-device debugging
- Developing a standards-based application using MIDP 2.0, CDC1.1/FP, and CLDC 1.1
- Developing Mobile Web-based applications
- Understanding strategies for dealing with device fragmentation and application porting issues
- Expertise in client / server communications including experience with HTTP, XML, TCP, and UDP
- End to end experience in mobile application deployment from conception to implementation to ongoing support
- Development using mobile telephone frameworks
- Expertise in Mobile Web Standards, Content Adaptation, Network Optimization, and Usability
- IOS knowledge and development experience would be a plus
